Here's a more detailed version of your review: This establishment is facing a significant cockroach infestation, visible particularly on the back walls, under the tables, and in several areas of the dining room. This situation is extremely concerning and severely compromises the hygiene of the premises. Furthermore, the reception and service were very unpleasant. One employee even had the audacity to reply, "Figure it out yourselves, I'll take care of the service," which is completely inappropriate in a professional setting. A very disappointing experience that I unfortunately cannot recommend. If a zero-star rating existed, I would have given it without hesitation.

I've been going there since 2021; the staff are super friendly, and the food is really high quality. Don't hesitate!

So, a 0. This isn't Big Food, it's Big Fraud. If I could give it -2 stars, I would. Huge scam, never fall for it! The cook put his ear hairs in my box. The meat at the kebab shop is mutton, and on top of that, when you order, he grabs me. He prepares his order with hairs. I hope the tax authorities intervene!!!! 😡 😡😡😡 Best regards, active raider

It's awful. They speak rudely to customers, the kebab wasn't even topped up, they don't respond when you say hello, the meat is undercooked, I have a stomach ache after finishing the kebab, and the hygiene is the dirtiest I've ever seen.

The staff are rude and bitter; they act like bosses while selling a kebab, as if it were a gourmet restaurant. They don't even make you want to buy anything from them.
