I'm only giving two stars because the food is very good. However, the service is deplorable. If you want to spend your meal begging the waiters, this is the place for you. The waitress greeted us while we were eating, so without saying a word, she seated us. After ordering, I had the audacity to ask for a carafe of water, which never materialized. I took the liberty of asking another waiter, who also failed to bring it. An understandable oversight when the restaurant is full… unfortunately, we were the only table eating… Each course took over 30 minutes to arrive, not counting the cappuccino, which I waited 20 minutes for to ask if it had been made. I was told it hadn't, so I asked again, and 30 minutes later, still nothing. So I went to pay, asking them to remove the cappuccino I never received. No apologies, no pity, as if it were normal and I was the problem. I blamed it on the fact that my boyfriend and I are under 30, and naturally, since we're young, we're not going to make a big bill, so there's no need to worry about us. Because the table next to us was treated like royalty, and they were older. At least the waitress spoke to them and brought what they asked for. Again, all these oversights would have been forgiven if it had been busy... or even if I had seen in the servers' eyes that they were sorry... but no! For the price, such poor service is unacceptable.

Yvon is arrogant, rude, pretentious, and lacks consideration for the customer. We wanted to congratulate him on the food and Elodie's impeccable service, but he didn't want to come, and when he finally decided to come, his rudeness was catastrophic!

An excellent experience at Cinquecento! The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere very pleasant. A big thank you to Élodie and Jordan, who were very professional, warm, and always attentive to their customers. Their welcome and good humor truly made all the difference. It's a shame I can only give five stars. You deserve so much more; the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the pizza and pasta were truly excellent. Thank you for a lovely time, and see you soon!

The food was very good, but the woman outside only offered pizza samples to men. What a shame 🥲 However, the gentleman outside today, July 25th, was very kind, welcoming, and smiling. Thank you to him.

Good pizza and fast, attentive service. However, we were disappointed by the lack of real olive oil, replaced by blends that were mostly rapeseed oil. A shame.

Extremely disappointing experience. We were a group of eight and consumed a considerable amount of wine, drinks, and food throughout the meal. Despite this, when we asked for ice cubes, the waiter explained that we had to buy water to get them. This is already quite surprising in a restaurant. So we ordered a large bottle of still water and a large bottle of sparkling water. In return, we received a tiny glass of ice cubes for the entire table. When we asked for a few more ice cubes, the bartender flatly refused. I find this incomprehensible and particularly petty. Refusing a few ice cubes to a table of eight customers who are drinking wine and spending a significant amount of money gives a deplorable impression of hospitality and service. After years of frequenting this establishment, I am deeply disappointed by this attitude. It's not the cost of the ice cubes that's the problem, but the complete lack of consideration for the customers. One thing is certain: I will never set foot in that place again and I will never recommend that establishment to my friends and family.

Excellent pizzeria in the heart of Paris, just steps from Les Halles. The food is delicious, the pizzas are superb. The salads and pasta are also very good. The staff is helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

The food was unfortunately disastrous. The pasta was completely overcooked, and the sauces were only mediocre overall. The tomato sauce was by far the worst I've ever eaten. There was even a piece of potato in the truffle sauce, which seemed very out of place. The pizza was somewhat edible, but nothing special and definitely not recommended. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
