Dalmata Paris 2

I usually love this place and go there regularly, but this time we were treated poorly. They were supposed to close at 10:45 PM, but at 9:30 PM they told us we couldn't eat in. The only option was a takeaway pizza since they were closing. We decided to order anyway, and once I had the pizza in hand, I saw that I had a Puglia Mia with half the ingredients. I pointed this out, and they told me they were out of stock. They hadn't said a word about it before I placed my order, and no compensation was offered afterward. The waitress didn't even pretend to be sorry. I don't recommend it. If you want their pizzas, go to the Charonne location; they have the same menu, but the restaurant is much better—better decor and better service.

The best pizza is the best tiramisu I've ever eaten

A margarita is usually a sure thing in this kind of establishment. Disappointed by the fior di latte, which was warm beer. Meh.

I'm a big pizza lover, especially of the Margherita. I come to Dalmata very often because I consider their pizza to be among the best in Paris: perfect crust, perfectly salted tomato sauce, and wonderfully creamy mozzarella—simply perfect. However, tonight I was extremely disappointed, firstly by the poor service. We ordered a regular Coke, and the waiter brought us a Coke Zero. There were no knives on the table, and the entire staff was sitting outside during service. This last point is understandable given the heat, but it wasn't very professional since they were all on their phones. On the other hand, half the pizzas on the menu weren't available, and the biggest disappointment was the cheese used for the Margherita, which was of poor quality and didn't reflect a true Neapolitan Margherita at all. I don't understand how Italian pizza makers could send out such a pizza. When you come to Dalmata, you want to eat authentic Italian food, not a pizza you can find in any restaurant. Very disappointed.
