Domino's Pizza

This pizza was tasteless, excessively greasy, and made with a fake, industrial cheese that didn't taste anything like real mozzarella. And it was sold at the same price, or even more, than a handcrafted pizza! Frankly, you'd be better off enjoying a real pizza made with fresh ingredients at a proper restaurant.

An employee walks into Domino's Pizza, opens the door, and touches the handle everyone else has touched. Then he touches the screen, which everyone else has also touched. He takes off his coat, puts down his bag, puts on his apron, and immediately starts cutting pizzas without even washing his hands! It's completely unhygienic. I'll never go back to that Domino's Pizza. Especially since the prices have gone up so much.

Hello, Today, December 6, 2025, I'm writing again about what happened on June 6th because I'm still in shock. The person at the register who made the pizzas was incredibly rude. I ordered for two people, so two meals. After paying at the kiosk, I noticed a student offer, so I asked the man to give it to me (the offer was €1 off each meal and a free can of soda). He didn't give it to me, saying, "Oh, well, no, you've already paid, haha" (in a very haughty tone). So I said, "Okay then, can I at least have the two cans, please?" He replied, and I quote, "No, I can't. You should have told me before paying. I would have given you the offer, hahaha. Next time you'll tell me." First of all, there will be no more visits, and I sincerely hope no one ever gives him anything for free in his life. Then I asked him for sauces because I'm entitled to two with the meals I ordered, AND ON TOP OF THAT, he got the sauces wrong, that jerk. Since there was a lot of food, I asked him for extra sauce, and he told me, "You'll have to pay extra." So, in addition to not helping students and laughing at them, he thinks it's his father's restaurant. I strongly advise against this Domino's Pizza; it's one to avoid. I hope you never have anyone like that in your life, for the good of humanity. Thanks forever.

Due to an error, I was forced to cancel the order. I was informed of a refund, but it still hasn't been processed after a month. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

It's a shame it's not possible to give 0 stars. I placed an order through the official Domino's app. A staff member of clear African origins answered me, but she couldn't pronounce the words correctly (I'm Italian, but I have no difficulty speaking French). Even though I had reported the problem, and even had the app open with the page telling me my order was ready, the person on the phone with me kept telling me, in a very rude manner, that they were closing and that they had already finished taking orders at 10:30 PM. I don't understand why it says online that they accept orders until 11 PM.
