Domino's Pizza Paris 19 - Jaurès

I used to go to Domino's a lot; it was good for the price and they had original pizzas. I went back recently and I thought it wasn't as good.

I strongly advise against going to this Domino's Pizza. I came today and ordered an oriental pizza. From the moment I arrived, the service was very cold. The cashier, Mehdi, was not at all welcoming. He asked me which pizza I wanted, and I clearly specified an oriental one. Then he asked for my name and had to ask me to repeat it because he hadn't heard it. A few minutes later, he handed me my order, and I left. On my way home, I realized he had given me a Margherita pizza instead of the oriental pizza I had ordered. I never eat Margherita pizza, so I immediately called the store to report the mistake and let them know I would be back. On the phone, instead of trying to find a solution, Mehdi accused me of having made a mistake with my order. I repeated several times that I had indeed ordered an oriental pizza. His tone quickly turned unpleasant, and he told me to come back "and see." Once I arrived, the situation worsened. He accused me of being dishonest and lying. When I asked him how he could speak to a customer like that, he replied that it was difficult to deal with "difficult customers like you." I was extremely shocked by this complete lack of respect and professionalism. An order mistake can happen, but the least one can do is acknowledge their error and treat customers with respect. Instead, I was accused, belittled, and given a very poor reception. A very bad experience. I will not be returning and I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

The staff are very welcoming and the pizzas are very good. Thank you very much!
