The pizzas are good, but: It says the store closes at 10 PM. Since they always tell us when we order by phone that the pizzas will be ready for pickup 5 minutes later, it seems reasonable to assume that an order at 9:30 PM is still possible. This is the second time they've refused to take my order at that time... Strange, I would have picked it up at 9:35 PM then 😉 I was finally told that the last orders are taken at 9:00 PM --> could you please change the closing time on Google Maps? Thank you.

Honestly, telling me "we're closed" 30 minutes before the time shown on Google is a bit much, I think.

Last Sunday evening, a team of young people were completely unprofessional and unwelcoming (to put it mildly). We went in to order, looked at the menu for a few minutes, someone placed their order, we waited, and then someone came over to tell us they were closing. As a result, we were right next door and we'll never be back. They really need to review their sales training. It's completely unacceptable. You don't make people wait 10 minutes only to tell them you're closed.

They prepare the pizzas even though they know they can't deliver for another 30 minutes. And when I ask why they prepare the pizzas if they know they can't deliver, the answer is: it's the system, that's how it is.

Incomplete delivery; the driver told me, "I'll be back with what's missing." A few minutes later, the order was marked as delivered, but the restaurant's status changed to closed. Of course, I heard nothing from the driver... I strongly advise against using this unprofessional and dishonest establishment.

Pizza ordered at 8:06 PM, Cannibal XL. The tracking was very promising and went through all the stages, even though the delivery stage seemed very long since we live right next door, until the "evaluate" stage, except I still hadn't received my pizza. So I called, and it turned out my pizza still hadn't been picked up by the delivery driver and arrived cold at almost 9:00 PM... very disappointing! Not to mention the amount of toppings, frankly ridiculous!

Best pizza ever at this Domino's! I've tried several Domino's locations (in France, America, and India), but the pizzas you make are really good, just right. Honestly, I'm so glad to find good pizza at Domino's Paris 18th arrondissement! ☑️

Order received on time, but when I ordered fries for €5.95, this is what I received. Very disappointed, deplorable customer service, hanging up on the customer without a "good evening" or an "sorry"... I am very disappointed!!!

If I could have given 0 stars it would have been better, pitiful service, arrogant staff, we asked for 3 pizzas and they only served us 2 without wanting to make us the 3rd, the catastrophic hygiene touches the broom and everything that is dirty to then make the pizzas without washing your hands of course I strongly advise against it

The staff are so nice, pleasant and friendly, fast service with a great atmosphere, frankly they all deserve a raise.
