⸻ Honestly, this is the best pizza I've had in Paris. The crust is incredibly light, perfectly puffed up at the edges, with that subtle wood-fired flavor… it makes all the difference. The tomato sauce is really good, not acidic at all, the mozzarella melts perfectly, and the fresh basil adds that little something extra. Nothing complicated, but everything is perfectly executed. And above all, you can tell right away that it's made by Italians. It's simple, authentic, and genuine. It tastes just like a real Neapolitan pizza. Seriously, if you love real pizza, you can go there without hesitation. 🙂

I tried the tartufata, which was definitely not worth the price; the dough wasn't cooked and the ingredients were poor quality. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.

We've had better pizzas; the crust was a bit rubbery, the topping was rather sparse with a lot of edges, and the cheese wasn't fully cooked. Overall, it was still good, but for the price, you'd expect better.

It was a truly amazing experience, especially meeting some great people like Andrea, Alessio, Salvo and Nasimul. They treat me as a brother😊.

Rubbery crust, burrata that wasn't melting, cheese that wasn't melted... In short, this pizza was a disaster! To top it all off, the waiters refused to admit anything: "The fridge is too cold." 😱

My experience with this Ground Control pizza stand was very mixed. Visually, the pizzas looked appealing, which is what convinced me to order one. The staff taking my order were particularly nonchalant. There was no greeting; I felt like I didn't exist and then like I was bothering them when they finally spoke to me. The pizza I ordered had a very strong smoky flavor, and the crust was slightly burnt underneath, which masked the other flavors. I couldn't finish it, which is unusual for me. I tried the Margherita, which was much better. Overall, the prices are high considering there's no table service.

The pizza is excellent, the ingredients are of very high quality. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. It's our favorite pizzeria in Paris!

I have been coming here for a long time and I always found the pizza wonderful and the staff nice. Unfortunately the standards have really gone down in recent times. The staff were unfriendly and the pizza felt like it was thrown together with no thought or care. I asked for basil (before it would come with the pizza) and black pepper - the staff member talked to me like I was crazy for wanting pepper and told me they were out of both. I understand that this can happen and maybe they were having a stressful day but it was disappointing to see. I hope it improves soon.
