What a load of crap! The pizza was a mush, the chorizo ​​wasn't cooked, and the pizza cutting was awful. It takes 5 seconds to cut it properly, seriously, it was disgusting. Not a single second of enjoyment in that meal.

Very disappointed with the menu change. I'm a regular customer, but I won't be coming back for this reason: the pizzas have become tiny for the €10 menu.

Frankly, it wasn't a very good experience. The service was quite slow, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Furthermore, I received a bowl with undercooked meat, which was rather disappointing and concerning. I hope the establishment will pay more attention to the quality of the food and the organization of the service.

I'm writing this review from the restaurant, staring at my medium crispy pizza, which is clearly missing any tenders inside, or maybe one was cut into tiny pieces... At some point, you have to stop taking advantage of your customers by skimping on ingredients. This is the second time I've ordered this pizza, and each time it's been just tomato sauce and mozzarella. A complete rip-off, and the worst part is that the waitress refused to remake it with tenders, claiming it would be a loss for them, and she even dared to tell me they'd be more careful "next time." "Next time," seriously? This is a joke! You need to make amends now! There's absolutely no professionalism from you or your team. You really need to find another line of work! If I was just going to eat dough with tomato sauce, I would have ordered a €5.90 Margherita! This is a pizzeria for the poor.

I went in to buy a pizza. I left with a crash course in hygiene and customer service. Between the practices I observed, which seriously concerned me, the lack of answers to my questions, and the refusal to refund an order I no longer wanted, the experience was particularly memorable… but not for the right reasons. When I voiced my concerns, I felt they were completely ignored. As for the discussion with the person who seemed to be managing the team, it proved to be neither constructive nor professional. The cherry on top? The feeling of talking to a brick wall. I left without my order, but with the certainty of never setting foot in that establishment again.

The cashier behaved completely inappropriately. Several customers were served before me, but when my turn came, she told me the restaurant was closed. This person is unsuitable for customer service, as she doesn't know how to handle this type of situation professionally. It was only 11:40 PM, and other customers before me were still placing orders. The kitchen was clearly not closed, especially since Uber Eats orders were still being prepared. The employee in question was a woman who wore glasses. She was rude and disrespectful, and her attitude toward customers is unacceptable.

Best pizza, too good , too big , and many extra

We ordered two pizzas. One of them, a Bollywood pizza, was tasteless. It looked like there was just a yellow curry stain on the dough.
