A truly delightful surprise at Impasto Nation. We arrived expecting Italian food and left feeling like we'd spent an evening somewhere between Paris, Naples, and a sunset terrace from an art-house film. The setting is elegant without being pretentious, the atmosphere lively without being noisy, and the terrace definitely makes you want to say, "Yes, I'll have dessert, just to prolong the moment." The service was lovely, natural, and efficient—the kind of team that makes you feel welcome without being pushy. Special mention goes to the welcome and the overall ambiance: it's chic, warm, and relaxed enough that you can laugh between bites without feeling like you're interrupting a diplomatic tasting. As for the food, it's generous, well-executed, and delicious, with that little extra something that makes it more than just "eating pasta," but a truly memorable experience. In short: Impasto Nation ticks all the boxes. Very good, very beautiful, very pleasant. Highly recommended — and with elegance, of course.
