The best pizza in Paris!

My experience was truly awful, and I will never return. The welcome was completely lacking. The waitress who showed us to our table immediately proved rude and unprofessional. She didn't explain the menu to us, nor did she inform us that some ingredients were missing. Instead of attending to the customers, she stood for over 10 minutes sorting out the menus at the station. She didn't even offer us water, and despite asking twice, it arrived extremely late. The restaurant was practically empty; the waitress had a capacity of about 40 seats, but she wasn't capable of handling about fifteen customers. We politely asked to change tables because she had seated us in the middle of the aisle, between two very noisy tables. We were rudely told that this wasn't possible because the other room only had tables for four or six. It's a shame that that room was almost completely empty, and there were several free tables for two, which remained unused throughout our dinner. The service was also terrible. The fried pizza arrived well before the other pizza, forcing one person to wait over 10 minutes while the other watched their plate get cold. When we asked how long it would take for the other pizza, the waitress arrogantly replied: "The pizza will arrive when it's ready, in the meantime, eat this before it gets cold." This was truly unacceptable behavior. The quality of the food was equally disappointing. The fried pizza was already cold, tasteless, didn't contain the cracklings listed on the menu, was under-fried, and the dough was decidedly poorly made. The other pizza, which cost a whopping €20, didn't match the menu description at all: zucchini flowers were listed, but there was only one on the pizza. Furthermore, it was so large that it protruded from the plate and directly touched the table, which was truly unhygienic. To top it off, the sausage was still pink and appeared to be undercooked. We asked for ice for our Coke, and it was brought to us only after we had finished our drinks. As a final detail, the waitress placed the beer on the table, touching the top of the bottle with her hand, right where you drink it—an unhygienic and very unpleasant gesture. A truly horrendous experience from every perspective: rude service, poor organization, disappointing food quality, and a complete lack of customer service. I absolutely do not recommend it. The waitress was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely inattentive to the customer. She responded to every request with obvious annoyance, using a rude and unprofessional tone. Instead of seeking a solution or providing explanations, she was rude and indifferent, making us feel like our requests were a nuisance. Such behavior is unacceptable for anyone who works with the public and completely ruined the experience, regardless of the quality of the food.

I have rarely eaten such a good pizza as here, you can truly taste Italy!

Aside from the size of the pizza, the rest was frankly mediocre. Too salty, the crust was soggy and almost rubbery, and the ingredients were low-quality (the mushrooms looked like they came from a can). The Capricciosa was €20 with three olives and four artichokes that barely stood a chance. The service wasn't exactly friendly either.

As a Sicilian with high expectations, I have to say I was a bit disappointed. First of all, it was very strange to order and receive the pizza exactly 3 minutes later. The staff was very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty. The coffee was excellent. There were few Italian staff and no Neapolitan ones. The pizza was too big and full of oil. Hard to eat. However, it was quite good. Very thin and not very similar to Neapolitan pizza in my humble opinion. A decent experience, but I wouldn't do it again.
