This Wednesday, July 29th, I went to Doudou's house with my two little boys. For once, I wasn't working, and I wanted to treat them. Unfortunately, they couldn't take my order. We wanted a half-and-half Margherita pizza for each of us, plus a side of fries for each of us, which made two. Then I asked if they could have churros, and finally, they were going to get ice cream before heading home. I think the person at the counter must have been the owner himself. I think he wasn't having his best day. When we arrived, he had a strange look on his face and was talking about other people, and another person seemed annoyed and clearly not himself. In any case, it's not a big deal; I don't hold it against him at all. It's just that for once, I could go out with the two little ones, and it bothered me quite a bit. We went to Tony's Milk, and we were treated like princes arriving from Saudi Arabia, at least the saleswoman was. At the counter she was fantastic, she understood everything the children wanted, they were well served and honestly I don't regret it at all. If I have one piece of advice to give you, don't hesitate when children want to eat dairy since there's no room for comfort food.

In case of extreme heat, it is very hot during the day and still very hot in the evening (it is July 14th at 9:35 PM)

Exceptional service, worthy of 5 stars! The welcome is warm, the team is professional and always attentive. The food is excellent, with a special mention for the churros: simply outstanding, among the best I've ever tasted. A place I recommend without hesitation. Well done to the whole team!

I think Doudou deserves five stars everywhere because it's very pleasant and the food is very good there, and the service isn't too slow; on the contrary, it's very fast.

Not at all a restaurant for children, contrary to the name... pizzas with poor value for money. Dirty.

Honestly, a fantastic find! La Maison de Doudou offers truly excellent pizzas, with a wonderfully light crust and quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly; you feel right at home. Special mention for the perfect cooking and generous portions. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! 🍕

ZERO! Honestly, I don't even know where to begin, I'm so annoyed. I usually order from them quite often because I really love their pizzas. BUT EVERY TIME, there's a problem. Either the person on the phone doesn't understand anything—I was once told you couldn't add onions to a Margherita… seriously?! Do they have their pizzas frozen and ready-made? Because I absolutely don't see the problem with adding onions to a pizza, especially when Deliveroo offers this option (which means they have onions available). This has already happened 3 or 4 times when I order by phone. Or, when I order, it's simply the wrong order that arrives. But oh well, I usually let it go, because I tell myself that the restaurant business is complicated, mistakes can happen… and despite everything, I love their pizzas. BUT THAT WAS THE FINAL BLOW!!! I ordered a tuna panini on Deliveroo. €15. I accepted the price, being in the middle of Passover cleaning, I couldn't use my oven or anything. The panini arrived: in a plastic bag (you know, the bags they give you at the supermarket for fruits and vegetables? Exactly the same), barely toasted, cold, not even cooked, and worst of all, the bag wasn't even sealed! However, they had stuck a kosher label on it… but the bag was open?! What's the point of sealing it with a kosher label if the bag is still open??? I called them to ask them to deliver a hot panini, because I couldn't reheat it and I wanted to eat it. I even wiped down the open bag and all the other problems; I just wanted something HOT and COOKED. And then, to my great surprise, the man on the phone told me: “I can give you a credit note, or I can try to schedule another delivery in two hours; you just have to wait.” Knowing that I live 10 minutes away. I said no. I'd already waited 45 minutes. I didn't want a refund; I just wanted a hot, cooked panini. And then the guy replied, word for word: “If you're not happy, Madam, don't order from here again. The customer is king, isn't he?” In such a condescending and disrespectful tone! I'm not usually one to leave reviews or throw a fit, but this! This rudeness, this haughty attitude, this complete lack of professionalism, this way of treating customers… I can't believe it. It's shameful. I won't go into all the details of our conversation, which was nothing short of a joke. The guy was literally mocking us over the phone. I ended up hanging up, and my husband still tried to call back to try and calm things down and, more importantly, get a hot panini... Again, we were starving at that point! But the guy on the phone continued to speak to us condescendingly, laughing in our faces, talking to us like we were dirt. This man I spoke to on the phone, who claims to be in charge, perfectly embodies the bad behavior of some Jews that non-Jews point out. He validates all those people who criticize us and call us "ill-mannered." It disgusts me. And honestly, seeing this kind of behavior makes me ashamed of some members of my community. This incident happened Sunday evening. It's Tuesday, and I'm still reeling from how shocked I was by his behavior.
