A disastrous evening from start to finish. There were eight of us, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal. But it fell far short. No kippahs were available (well, that's understandable, even though this is a restaurant that, in practice, should have kippahs for its customers). A dish of tagliatelle was simply forgotten. The person who ordered it ate alone after everyone else had finished. A pizza arrived without the egg that had been ordered. Oh well, the customer would have to eat it without. Before ordering my penne, I asked if there was Parmesan cheese. I was told yes. Once the dish was served, there was none. After insisting, miraculously… there was some after all. We wondered if the staff actually knew what was going on in the kitchen. The final straw came with the desserts: "Sorry, the kitchen is closed." “No more ice cream, no more pavlova, not much left in the end… We won’t be having dessert. Seriously? It’s the night of the World Cup final, the restaurant is packed, and you decide to close the kitchen before the customers have finished their meals? I’m going to express our dissatisfaction to the manager. His only response: ‘There are only three of us tonight.’ That’s not the customer’s problem. If you can’t provide service, reduce the number of covers or don’t accept so many reservations. Obviously, no compensation with a ‘we’ll give you free coffee.’ The waiter, on the other hand, was impeccable (well, sort of…) and apologized several times, even going so far as to offer us free coffee and dessert next time. That’s kind, but there obviously won’t be a next time. Being a restaurant owner isn’t just about taking payments.” It's about knowing how to welcome guests, organize your team, and offer decent service. Tonight, nothing was up to par. A rather mediocre experience, and I absolutely do not recommend trying it. Unless we were just unlucky that night? Sorry for this message, but you have to stop treating people like fools.

Il Conte, come back soon! They've killed our favorite restaurant. Only the prices keep going up. The service is nonexistent, and the quality has never changed.

Good service, relaxed atmosphere for hanging out with friends. The food is good and quick to prepare if it's not too busy; the portions are also generous.

When you follow in the footsteps of "Il Conte," the least you can do is live up to expectations. But I'm sorry, but this is a complete failure. The service, the quality of the food, and everything else are equally disappointing. To think that "Il Conte" was my favorite dairy restaurant, well, I can tell you now, "Maestro," I'll never set foot in that place again. What a shame.

A deplorable experience at this restaurant where we, a group of about ten girls, had gone for a get-together and to have a good time. We weren't given a drinks menu, but we decided to order two bottles of wine (not being in a gourmet restaurant, we didn't expect any surprises regarding the prices). Imagine our shock when the bill arrived: the bottles were €90 each! The least they could have done was warn us beforehand. But this clearly wasn't done, since the price charged was incorrect. The menu is indeed displayed on the front of the restaurant, and the bottle is listed at €45, not €90. After complaining, the manager finally "offered" us a bottle, which seemed more like a correction of an error than a genuine gesture of goodwill. Finally, two people were sick before dessert, and another was unwell all the following night, which seriously raises questions about the quality of the food served.

Okay, I don't look like a sucker, and yet, I have the unpleasant feeling that I am. We were a group of about ten people, thrilled to see each other again. Things started off well... The restaurant owner must have sensed that "things were going to go well" for him too. I'm not sure he knows much about mixology. Sure, I had a second cocktail in the euphoria, but it was more "pop star" than porn star (martini)... Truffle pizza for €26, I'm still looking for the truffle... Let's be honest, the dessert was generous, okay... But the bill was even more so! €80 for a bottle of wine (no, not champagne) advertised at €15 in the supermarket, OK, but also at nearly €35 outside his shop... and that's where it gets shady and outrageous: taking advantage of a group of women's enthusiasm to inflate their bill! There's bound to be grumbling, and suddenly, instead of paying 2 x €80, he generously "offers" us the second bottle... Not to mention the lack of discretion of this restaurant owner who must have learned more in two hours of talking about women than in 20 years and who doesn't hesitate to take photos on the sly. To top it all off: out of 10 people, 2 got sick just before we left. What this review doesn't reflect is the shady nature of this honest business owner's practices. So, yes, we're adults and we have a right to speak up. But we were caught up in the atmosphere... we were never shown the wine list (except for the one with the set menu), and we were never informed of the prices (this isn't a Michelin-starred restaurant). In short: avoid at all costs...

I don't know where to begin… Is a Kcher restaurant above the law? The answer is NO. I've owned restaurants, so I'm usually hesitant to give such feedback, but I can't stay silent this time. The basic principle of this business is to hand out drink menus when customers arrive and let you know they're starting with an aperitif. Instead, the rather odd manager started talking about two wines from behind the bar without even coming to our table. I agreed, saying, "Very well, bring us two bottles of wine," only to discover when the bill arrived that the two bottles of Kcher white wine cost €180 (when they cost €13 each). He never once said, "I'm telling you, it's €90 a bottle," as if €90 a bottle was normal! Otherwise, we would have done what everyone else was doing… Coke and Evian! The manager then had the nerve to tell us, "I don't set the prices!" Seriously, you're the one who's not doing your job properly! He ended up removing a bottle from the bill, faced with the displeasure of the ten of us women, perhaps thinking he could buy our silence… he clearly doesn't know us very well! €90 for a bottle of wine, and it wasn't even good! The receipt even said "MISCELLANEOUS": €180… per 10 glasses… not "miscellaneous," as if to muddy the waters, which must have been dead for a long time… and for me, "miscellaneous" on bills is generally a bad sign; it means it's not in stock and/or the price hasn't been entered into the till! In my opinion, he thought, "They'll split it and they won't notice, it'll go unnoticed!" Well, no, it didn't go down well, unlike for the two other diners who ended up finishing their meal in the bathroom and then outside (stomach aches, nausea, vomiting). It definitely didn't go down well. The pizzas were very average and the pasta was uninteresting despite the promises made when ordering. In short… you get the picture, we won't be going back, and a word of advice: walk a little further to do your wallet, your stomach, and your taste buds some good!

A very disappointing experience from start to finish. There was no heating despite the cold weather, the restaurant was dirty, and the prices were completely outrageous. We were charged €80 for a wine that costs around €13, a completely inflated markup without ever being told the price or given a menu, and on top of that, it was bad. To top it all off, two of our guests were sick before dessert was even served, which raises serious hygiene questions. We definitely felt like we were being ripped off. I strongly advise against going there, even though one evening on Shabbat they wouldn't let us in before the permitted time—even though Google indicated 7 pm—and the manager finally agreed to open the door for us.

Disgusting risotto; the waiter's sweater was stained; extremely noisy—I couldn't even hear the person sitting across from me. On the other hand, I could definitely smell the tuna from the next table. Not very impressive for a kosher restaurant in the 16th arrondissement…
