Not only is this underhanded tactic terrible, but their attitude is chilling: no regrets, no empathy, zero alternative solutions. This deplorable behavior has no place in the business world. Avoid at all costs!! We entrusted this caterer with an important event. The result: a sudden cancellation 3 days before the date without any valid justification, without offering an alternative, and without even an apology. This service provider is completely unreliable and showed no professionalism whatsoever. Canceling an event 3 days before is unacceptable. Absolutely avoid them if you are organizing an event where you cannot afford any unpleasant surprises. Meanwhile, you had the audacity to send a disingenuous response claiming you hadn't received a deposit. As a reminder, I offered to send you a deposit, which you refused, demanding full payment at the time of the event. This practice (refusing the deposit and canceling without a valid reason) raises serious questions about the reliability of your professional commitments. I reserve the right to make our correspondence public. It is up to your future clients to draw their own conclusions.
