THE WORST FOOD SAFETY EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER WITNESSED a few years ago, on 2021, my family and i visited this Pizza Hut late at night. we were seated by a window with a clear view of the kitchen. while we were waiting for our food, i saw one employee open a can of olives. as soon as she smelled them, she made a disgusted face and even gagged, while another employee was washing dishes nearby. the first employee handed the olives to her, and while she was still at the sink, she smelled them several times and also looked disgusted. she then rinsed the olives in the same sink she was using to clean dirty dishes, before they were sliced and placed on a pizza that was served to another table. i can’t say for certain that the olives were spoiled because i never inspected them myself, but the employees’ reactions strongly suggested that something was wrong with them. watching that happen completely undermined my confidence in the food safety at this location. to be fair, the pizza we ordered was good. we were definitely a bit nervous after what we had seen, and inspected it before eating, but the pepperoni pizza tasted fine and we didn’t have any issues with our meal. i also want to mention that the service was very good. the employee at the front counter was kind, welcoming, and treated us very well, so i have no complaints about the customer service. however, i do think this location should be inspected to ensure that proper food safety and hygiene standards are being followed. based on what I personally witnessed, i believe it’s worth making sure everything is being handled correctly to protect both customers and staff. honestly i'm glad we didn’t order olives, because after witnessing that situation, i wouldn’t have felt comfortable eating them. i’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything—i can only describe what I personally saw—but it was enough to leave a very negative impression and make me question the food safety standards at this location.

I walked in and ordered a large Supreme and received a large Pepperoni. We had walked from a hotel and didn't care to walk the 1.3km back to complain. Should always show the pizza to the customer and I knew better and should have checked before leaving. Highly doubt PH will make this better.

The restaurant is truly appalling in terms of hygiene and the service is very unpleasant and disrespectful.

Writing I would like to share my very unpleasant experience from today, March 19, 2026, around 8:20 PM. The salesperson was particularly aggressive and disrespectful towards the delivery drivers present, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. This type of behavior gives a very bad image of the establishment and creates a tense atmosphere for everyone. Delivery drivers, like customers, deserve to be treated with respect. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

After waiting over 40 minutes for a pizza, I asked for a discount, received a cold response, and quickly changed the subject. It's a shame, I was planning to go there regularly; next time I'll go to Domino's.

Order placed Saturday evening for pickup with a guaranteed time slot. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 25 minutes and was left with one of the two items I ordered missing. No apology from the staff, no sense of customer service whatsoever. A disgrace. Absolutely avoid this place!!!

Appalling service. I called about a missing drink from my Uber Eats delivery. Two incompetent people answered, offering no assistance whatsoever—"Oh well, there's nothing we can do"—completely lacking in professionalism.

Since then, no progress has been published, and this commitment is no longer displayed on your website. The manager's welcome was unpleasant; he yelled at everyone, including his colleagues and the delivery drivers. He had a cold stare, in short, it didn't make me want to go back. You pay for your pizzas, if you've forgotten...
