One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten

I ordered online and was waiting for delivery. 15 minutes before my scheduled delivery time, a woman from Pizza Hut called me to say I had to pay online; that cash payments were no longer accepted. In that case, why didn't you ask another Pizza Hut to make my pizza so I could pay in cash? Never mind, I'll order Japanese food on Uber Eats. Since your website is malfunctioning, ask the web designer to change the payment method on your site.

I arrived around opening time and waited over 20 minutes before finally being allowed in.

Completely unacceptable experience. I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for just two pizzas, which is already unacceptable. On top of that, the person on the phone was very unpleasant, with absolutely no sense of customer service. To top it all off, the order arrived cold. No professionalism, no consideration for the customer. Very disappointed, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

An absolutely unacceptable experience. A group of my students visited your establishment on a school trip to the career fair. After ordering and paying for a pizza (€13.90), the students witnessed a serious lack of hygiene: the employee preparing their pizza touched her nose repeatedly (with visible discharge) and then handled the food without washing her hands. When the students expressed their legitimate concerns, the employee reacted dismissively and blamed them. She categorically refused to remake the pizza or give them a refund, telling them they had to "eat it and nothing else." Faced with this situation and unable to assert their rights, the students left without their order or a refund. It is unacceptable that a teenager was treated in this way and refused a refund for such a serious and dangerous hygiene issue. I demand an immediate refund and will report this incident to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and the health department. The security cameras can confirm these facts. I expect a prompt response from management.

Order placed at noon and confirmed by the restaurant for delivery at 12:31 / 12:41. At 1:10 PM, still nothing. We tried calling for 30 minutes. At 1:40 PM, the order status changed to "out for delivery," then at 1:45 PM to "delivered." We haven't received anything, and no one is answering.

We ordered in-store, no problems. Efficient service and very friendly staff! The pizzas were good for a chain like Pizza Hut.

The pizzas we received were so salty they were inedible. The prices are also high for mass-produced food.

Pizza Hut France pledged in 2020 to comply with the European Chicken Commitment criteria regarding the chicken used in its restaurants, but this commitment is no longer displayed on the website and no progress reports have been published since. What is the current situation?
