Pizza Hut

We ordered specific things and received different things. The young man working this Saturday wasn't very professional. I ordered barbecue chicken and received tuna; the pasta was burnt.

There was an error with my order, and I had to wait even longer for them to correct it. They didn't even apologize, and it was my fault because I didn't receive the correct order since I didn't check with the delivery driver. The replacement order wasn't correct either; the specifications I provided were completely ignored. Compensation? Apology? Order tracking??? Does that even mean anything to you??? Their customer service really needs improvement… IT'S POINTLESS TO CHOOSE A PIZZA; THEY SEND YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT.

The products are absolute garbage; it's impossible to get a decent pizza with real ham or authentic pepperoni. What happened to Pizza Hut to make it go downhill like this? Even when ordering online, it's impossible to get a normal pizza...

My order arrived 20 minutes late and was missing an item. I had to call three times before the delivery driver arrived, then file a complaint to get another driver to bring the missing items. The pizzas were slightly overcooked but still tasty, and the dessert was very good. It's a shame because the food is quite good, but the delivery drivers are incredibly rude and very slow.

The medium pizza was a joke, the medium was tiny with a 4cm crust, at that size it's not a sidewalk, it's a highway!

The pizza was cold, and not as small as in the photos. We waited 40 minutes for delivery instead of the promised 15. They delivered it all stale. It was obvious that the pizza had just been reheated and not cooked. There was almost no toppings. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Good evening Pizza Hut, I really enjoyed the brownie today. Don't listen to people who tell you the dough wasn't cooked and who say they don't want to eat halal because pizzerias and fast-food restaurants have halal options.
