Pizza Hut

We ordered online for a team lunch for an event organizer, scheduled for 12:00-12:15. The pizzas were fine, but the staff was clearly understaffed, and our pizzas arrived 45 minutes late, which caused us significant disruption to our organization.

I just called to place an order, and they hung up on me, saying they didn't understand and that I had to come in. I tried calling back several times, but they hung up on me five seconds after I answered. Avoid them at all costs! They're slow, disrespectful, and incapable of treating customers properly. Zero stars if I could.

Forget about it, one out of every two pizzas takes an hour to serve and they don't apologize for not delivering the pizza within the given timeframe.

Fantastic experience! The vendor is a great person, I recommend him 200%! We came as a group on vacation and he gave us a very warm welcome and served everyone in 15 minutes maximum. It's great! I highly recommend it. The pizzas are delicious too, honestly 10/10!

It's a shame, Pizza Hut was one of the few restaurants that offered delivery with the option to pay in cash or by credit card upon delivery, and they removed that option overnight. I used to order frequently, but now, when we're forced to pay online and enter our bank details on the website, no thanks, I'll pass.

We recommend the Flatz Ultimate and the Korean BBQ. Very friendly service.
