A wonderful surprise! The crust is excellent, thin, crispy, and perfectly cooked in the wood-fired oven. The ingredients are high quality, the tomato sauce is incredibly good, and most importantly, not too much (like a real Italian pizza). You can taste each ingredient... It's been a long time since I've eaten such a good pizza; we'll be seeing you often! There was a bit of a wait due to its popularity; some people were ordering 10 pizzas at once... 5 people ahead of us meant about a 20-minute wait, but it was worth it ;-)

Living in the neighborhood, I was delighted to see a new pizzeria-style restaurant. The first time, oddly enough, the rating was close to five stars. The second time, I didn't recognize the same ingredients or the same skill in the kitchen. Perhaps my opinion will change with time, or maybe not.
