The welcome is very warm, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable.

The pizzas were very good, the location and the servers were great, no complaints there. However, the decor and the non-premium Spotify music with ads blasting for 2 hours really ruined the atmosphere… it's a real shame!!

Delicious, simple yet great quality pastas and pizzas! The friendly Italian staff and very good Italian food are a nice break from the French waiters and buttery French cuisine. We come for at least one lunch and dinner every time we visit Paris. Highly recommend!!

If you’re craving authentic Italian comfort food in Paris, Respiro is an absolute hidden gem that completely exceeded our expectations! ​We ordered their signature ham pizza, and without exaggeration, it was the absolute best pizza we had during our entire trip to Paris. The crust was perfection—light, airy, with a beautiful leopard-spotted char and a chew that only proper sourdough can deliver. Topped with high-quality, savory ham, rich melted mozzarella, and a bright tomato sauce, every bite was sheer bliss. ​For our pasta, we went with the Penne Bolognese. The penne was cooked to a precise al dente, tossed in a rich, slow-simmered meat ragù that tasted deeply comforting and homemade. It held onto the thick sauce beautifully. ​We finished off the meal on a sweet note with their classic Tiramisu. It was heavenly—wonderfully light, velvety mascarpone cream layered over espresso-soaked ladyfingers with just the right touch of cocoa powder. It was sweet without being cloying, offering the ultimate sweet ending to an Italian feast. ​Combined with warm, friendly service and a cozy, inviting atmosphere, Respiro delivers a genuine taste of Italy right in the heart of Paris.
