You must know all too well that there are plenty of restaurants with Italian names that are anything but Italian, so I'm glad to hear that's not the case with yours. It's a shame you don't have a license, because an Italian restaurant without a good Italian red wine and/or a little Limoncello to finish... I'll definitely come and try your pizzas ;)

In response to Eliot's last comment: The pizzeria does not sell alcohol, and I think you could see that there wasn't a single bottle of alcohol in sight in my establishment. When you were given the drinks menu, it only listed soft drinks. I don't have a full liquor license. I find it regrettable that you would judge my establishment with only one star because I don't serve alcohol (there are bars that sell alcohol) and not based on the quality of the pizzas. Furthermore, it would have been so much nicer if you had asked me directly. I would have answered you, and you could have even "judged" from my accent that I am indeed Italian. If you had wanted to verify this, I could have shown you my ID. In short, I find this kind of comment regrettable... and judging by your comments on other establishments, nothing else seems to satisfy you... With that, I wish you a good day and I hope you find an establishment that meets your expectations. Have a good trip... Best regards

My favorite pizzas, the dough is perfect

Don't walk past this pizzeria without stopping! The pizzas are huge...delicious...and made with fresh ingredients (a rarity these days...). They're a real treat! Thanks again for your kindness...and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
