Golden Pizza

I found the quality really poor. I won't be going back.

Always very, very good and fast. I've been ordering from them every week for five years now.

I've been to all the kosher pizza restaurants in Paris and the suburbs, and this is the worst pizza of my entire life. I ate one slice and threw it away. I've never seen anything like it!

The truth? It was really bad. I ordered two dauphinoise potatoes, salmon pasta with a request for a gratin topping, and mozzarella sticks. When they arrived, the gratin topping was practically nonexistent. The dauphinoise potatoes were dry, tasteless, almost without sauce, and barely browned. Honestly, if I had boiled potatoes and added cream at home, it would have been exactly the same. There's no point in calling it a gratin. The salmon pasta was very dry, with almost no sauce, despite the request for a gratin topping. And as for the mozzarella sticks: normally, they're supposed to be fried, crispy sticks with melted mozzarella inside. Here, they chose to make them with bread, which is, at best, homemade. But in that case, there needs to be at least a decent amount of mozzarella inside. There was practically nothing there, no melting at all. It was like eating bread. The truth is simple: it's shameful. Avoid it at all costs.

The mushroom pizza was much better than the eggplant one, which was way overcooked. It had a strange taste, a mix of cheese and burnt flavor, and no, it was definitely the burnt eggplant. The "chezzy crust" aspect is very nice, but the base is a bit lacking... I'll try others, like the pasta or olive pizza.

Thank you for the three pizzas, we really enjoyed them! The little chilies in the Tunisian pizza were delicious, Mom! See you very soon, I hope!
