It always takes them one or two hours to prepare the order after it is placed….staff behavior so rude

The lady who prepared my order was lovely and the arancini were delicious, especially the truffle ones, which were also generously filled with cheese. I recommend them :)

An order was placed more than 45 minutes before the restaurant's closing time but delayed until it was actually closed. As a result, several delivery drivers arrived at a closed restaurant, but the order wasn't canceled. I think they simply didn't want to prepare the order but didn't want to cancel it either. It's a shame that poor management and people not doing their jobs properly can tarnish the image of a restaurant I previously had a good opinion of, but I will never order from them again.

Non-existent customer service. They don't have a telephone contact; it's impossible to speak to anyone if you have a problem with an order.

Today, I ordered pasta carbonara through Uber Eats. It's a treat I give myself from time to time, because I really enjoy the way it's cooked. But this time, I was disappointed: the sauce could have passed for béchamel, and the bacon wasn't cooked. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this time, I regretted spending those sixteen euros.

The amatriciana pizza I ordered had bacon instead of guanciale. It wasn't bad, but it completely changed the taste… it's a real shame.
